How do limits work?
-
Two units. A playbook is a recurring workflow Juni
runs on her own — for example, a morning brief or a nightly
FUB cleanup. A task is a one-off ask in chat, like
"find everyone in FUB whose phone number doesn't match this
Google Sheet and fix it" or "fill in the blanks on this
spreadsheet by messaging the agents in Slack." Each plan
caps how many playbooks run continuously and how many
one-off tasks you get per month. You'll see usage in your
dashboard.
-
Can Juni do the work of a TC?
-
Not yet on her own. Juni can help your TCs with the rote
work — opening transactions in SISU or Open-to-Close,
keeping timelines and spreadsheets up to date, and
organizing documents.
-
Does Juni need supervision?
-
She is an agent, not a one-shot tool. Juni follows up,
pings you when she needs input, and asks for approval
before sending anything to a client or counterparty. You
can answer her like a teammate — in chat, in Slack, or by
email — and she will pick the thread back up.
-
What happens when I hit my limits?
-
Juni pauses non-essential playbooks and pings you. You can
top up or upgrade to the next tier on the spot. We will
never silently bill you for overages.
-
Can I switch plans?
-
Yes, any time, in either direction. Plan changes prorate the
remaining month. Annual plans convert to monthly if your team
grows past the tier.
-
What happens to my data?
-
Juni works inside the tools you already use, with the accounts
you already control. We do not move your data to a separate
system. Every write Juni makes shows up in your activity log
with her name on it.
